General Terms and Conditions Your i only.

Your i only, distributed under license by Wegman Industrial Design, has its head office at Rembrandtstraat 5, 2311 VV Leiden, the Netherlands and is registered in the Commercial Register of the Chamber of Commerce in Leiden under number 28052855. VAT number NL 0224.86.021.B.01. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, agreements and orders for the delivery of goods by Your i only, which have taken place or have been effected via the Your i only website and related subdomains, between Your i only and other party. By placing an order as well as by accepting an offer made by Your i only, other party will always and exclusively accept applicability of these general Terms and Conditions, to the express exclusion of any general terms and conditions of its own.

All prices are stated in Euro’s. Your i only charges prices as they are displayed on the website, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. The prices stated on the website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. Prices do not include insurance, government fees, import duties, surcharges or any other additional charges.

Return policy for online purchases.

If it concerns a consumer purchase, other party has the right to cancel the purchase for 14 days after receiving the product through a written statement to that effect. In that case, other party shall return the goods to Your i only, unused and in its original package, as soon as possible and at its own expense. Your i only i will return the money paid, including the shipping and/or handling cost, to other party as soon as possible and in any case within thirty days after the cancellation. Custom made products are not eligible for return or exchange! To return or exchange a product, you will need a Return by Manufacturer Authorization( RMA) number. You will need to properly follow the Return/Exchange instructions given below after you contact us. Under no circumstances will a return or an exchange be accepted if the instructions are not followed and/or an RMA number is not included.

1) To receive an RMA number, please email us at info@yourionly.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include an attachment of your original order which will act as your receipt.  2) If the email is sent to us timely and with the receipt attached, we will send you back an RMA number and address of our warehouse. ( The Netherlands, Europe )  3) Send back to Your i only, to the address specified, the following items: a. The product, in its original packaging in good condition. b. The receipt of your product. The RMA number you received from us.  4) Once we have received the product and receipt in the correct condition we will refund the original product purchase cost.  5) should you want an exchange, you can order a new product via the online shop.

Your i only warrants the product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of original purchase ( warranty period ). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Your i only within the warranty period, at its option, Your i only will exchange the product with a functionally equivalent new product. If the product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property and the replaced product becomes Your i only’s property. If a defect arises, please contact us at info@yourionly.com. It is of great importance that the receipt of the product is attached in the email.

Exclusions and Limitations.

This warranty applies only to the normal use of the product. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or modification of the product. Your i only limited warranty applies only to the product. The warranty excludes without limitation any scratching or surface damage to any non ’ Your i only’ product.

Limitation of damages.

Your i only can ‘t under no circumstance held responsible for any material or immaterial damage that may be caused during the use of Your i only product. Your i only cannot be held liable for any damages, health damage or injuries to persons, damages to goods other then the old products, loss of earnings, costs of recovering or reproducing any program or data stored in a device used with or carried in the ‘Your i only “ product, or any other loss arising directly or indirectly from defects in the products sold by Your i only.

Privacy policy.

We never share or sell your information to any third party. Your details are only used to contact you about your order or issues relating to Your i only. Your credit card information is never stored.

All rights of designs, texts and all other products are under our sole copyright. This website is protected by copyright. Modifications, reproductions or any imitation or copy is forbidden. This site is owned and operated by Your i only. All of the content featured or displayed on the site, including, but not limited to, the general design and the content, are protected by copyright, moral rights and other laws relating to intellectual property rights.

Free Pictures.

You are free to transmit our photos non-commercially under the following conditions: you must attribute the work to Your i only. You may not use the work for commercial purposes without written permission. No derivative works- you may not alter, transform or build upon the work.

All agreements and any other legal relations between Your i only and other party will exclusively be governed by Dutch law.
